Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This page explains the cookies and similar local storage used on alarm24.app. The Alarm24 iPhone app itself uses no cookies and no tracking of any kind.
Analytics cookies are disabled by default. Nothing is loaded until you choose to accept, and you can change your mind at any time on this page.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage works similarly but is not sent back to the server with each request. We use one local storage entry and, with your consent, two Google Analytics cookies.
2. Strictly necessary
This entry is required for the site to respect your choice. It cannot be switched off, because switching it off is what it records.
3. Analytics, only with your consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and understand which languages and pages are useful. It is configured with Google Consent Mode v2, with analytics storage denied by default. The Google Analytics script is not loaded at all until you accept, so before that no analytics cookies exist in your browser.
We have IP anonymisation enabled and Google Signals and advertising personalisation disabled. We do not use these cookies for advertising, and we do not build profiles.
4. Changing your mind
Use the buttons above to switch analytics on or off at any time. Declining removes your consent immediately; any Google Analytics cookies already set can be cleared through your browser's settings.
You can also block or delete cookies entirely in your browser's privacy settings. The site works fully either way, because nothing here depends on cookies to function.
